Your annual membership helps provide a stable financial foundation for Ag Backers, allowing us to support students and FFA programs throughout the year without relying solely on constant fundraising. While we still host a few key fundraisers to meet the needs of one of the largest FFA chapters in Texas, membership dues allow us to focus more of our time and energy on supporting students. One of our biggest fundraisers is operating the Aledo FFA Burger Barn at every Aledo home football game. Ag Backers members help grill, serve, and keep one of Friday night’s favorite traditions running. It’s a fun way to meet other members, support Aledo FFA, and make a direct impact on our students.

The Aledo Ag Backers Alumni Association is the fundraising arm that helps assist with student activities and also awards Senior Scholarships annually. During the year we raise funds to help students with their various projects including but not limited to Agriscience Fair, Texas Ford Scholars, Raising Animals, and AG Mechanic projects. Over the last few years we have helped support students who have won at the state and national level. In addition to supporting our FFA Bearcats we help support the needs of the FFA advisor team. Whether it be for barn repairs, Ag Mech equipment, or supplies needed for horticulture and vet med pathways, we try to provide the financial backing to continue to support the future of these students.
